We continue to benefit tremendously from the onsite visit with Dr. Pat. He worked closely with our staff to help develop better job descriptions and job duties.
He implemented daily team meetings that helped us focus on our communication cycles in order to better improve our workflow.
Dr. Pat created an organization board that opened my eyes to what's to come as well as how to stay on task.
